BELL-On Thursday, January, 1964, in Hi-Lan, LA., Mrs. Ada Bell, beloved mother of Mrs. Emily Porter, grandmother of 5, Aunt of Mrs. Louise Jackson, Mrs. Helen Brooks, Mrs. Carolyn Brown, Mr. Albert Bell, William, Joseph, Morris, Timothy, Herbert, Isaac, and Solomon Doyle of LA., and Mr. James Clarence Doyle of Oakland, CA., also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Baptist church of Hi-Lan, LA., Law Street, Evergreen Baptist church of Oakland, CA., and all neighboring churches, president, officers and members of Law Height Benevolent Association, Westeria Saving Club, Clever Girls Social and Pleasure Club, Practical Nurse association and employees of Fling Goodridge Hospital, are invited to attend the funeral.
Services from the Law Street Baptist church, 3132 Law St., on Monday, January 13, 1964 at 12noon. Rev. Johnson and Rev. Eddie Scott officiating.
Interment in Lafayette Cemetery no.2
Wake services Sunday night. January 12, 1964 at the Law Street Baptist Church. Federal Funeral Home Inc in charge.
