He married Agnes Margaret Wakefield on June 24, 1937 at New Richland, Minn. She was born February 17, 1913 at Newton, Ill and is the daughter of Frank and Margaret (Alcorn) Wakefield. Kenny and Agnes bought the old family farm. In 1954, Agnes went to work at Birds Eye in Waseca. Kenny quit farming in 1967 after he got his leg caught in a corn picker and worked at Herters in New Richland until retiring. They live at Rt 1, New Richland, MN 56072 and have three daughters, Ruth, Margaret, and Nancy."
