Growing up, I use to love to visit my uncle and his family back in California. He was a remarkable man! My uncle had a surfing accident which left him paralyzed. A few years later he passed away due to complications related to his accident. My uncle was a very active man, he loved his family, his motorcycles, and life! It was very hard for him to accept being in a wheel chair. I loved my uncle very much and will always carry the memories of him and his family in my heart. Especially memories of camping and riding mini bikes out in the desert.
