Deceased Name: Elizabeth L. "Betty" Wildfire
Elizabeth L. "Betty" Wildfire, 91, a resident of Pinecrest Manor and formerly of 114 Cherry Rd., Kersey, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at the Elk Regional Health Center after a brief illness.
She was born Dec. 6, 1921, in Kersey, daughter of the late Clarence W. and Clara T. Anderson Woodley. In February 1952, she married Carl W. Wildfire, who preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 2011.
She was a graduate of Kersey High School and the DuBois Business School.
She is survived by two sons, Rick Wildfire of Kersey and Ron Wildfire of Kersey.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence G. "Buster" Woodley in June 2011. Funeral services for Elizabeth L. "Betty" Wild-fire will be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 at 9 a.m., with the Rev. James Faluszczak of-ficiating. Burial will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery.
Visitation is at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Fox Twp. Fire Department, P.O. Box 229, Kersey, PA 15846; or to the Fox Twp. Ambulance Association, 432 Main St., Kersey, PA 15846.
