Son of Richard Hoagland (1786-xxxx) and Amy Stout Hoagland. Married Sarah E. Anderson Hoagland in Mercer Co., Pa.
Children are Theodore Hoagland (1833-xxxx), Mary D. Hoagland (1842-1861) and Francis A. Hoagland (1838-xxxx). After Sarah's death Henry married Jane Carnahan Anderson (1823-1913) in 1869. No children.
