Agnes B. Caron
Agnes B. Caron, 90, of 8382 Christopher Lane, Weeki Wachee, Florida and formerly of Nashua, died at her home early Saturday, December 15, 2007.
Mrs. Caron was born in Dannemora, New York on July 2, 1917, daughter of the late Edward J. and Bernadette (Goddeau) Lavarnway.
A resident of Nashua for many years, Agnes was the wife of Ernest O. Caron, whom she married in 1940. Mrs. Caron was a homemaker to her family and also did house cleaning for some Nashua families.
In addition to her parents, Agnes was predeceased by five brothers, Leonard Livernois, Oscar, Ernest, Leo and Lawrence Lavarnway.
Members of her family include her husband of 67 years, Ernest O. Caron of Weeki Wachee, Florida; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard P. Caron of Weeki Wachee, FL and Russell E. and Jo-Ann Y. Caron of Prescott Valley, AZ; three grandchildren, Kimberly Caron of Nashua, Michele Sandgren of Methuen, MA and Jason Caron of Florida; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Beatrice Henderson and Rita Brooks, both of Watervliet, New York; also nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held at the Farwell Funeral Home, 18 Lock Street, Nashua, Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home, Friday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Richard J. Kelley, Pastor of St. Christopher Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends are invited to attend. Arrangements are in the care of the Farwell Funeral Service. (603) 882-0591.
