Funeral for Herman Androli Held in Frazee
The funeral for Herman (Mike) Lewis Androli was held Monday, Aug. 10, at the United Methodist Church in Frazee, with Rev. Charles Burnham officiating. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Elysian, with Rev. Mary Tappe officiating at the graveside.
Pallbearers were Ray Meyboff, Mark Kemper, Quinten Walseth, Clarence Shultz, Ike Fischer and Lee Anderson. Honorary pallbearers, Norman Knish, Robnert Androli, David Trahms, Lyle Miller, Willard Blasing and Francis Androli.
Mr. Androli died Thursday, Aug. 6, at his home in Frazee, He had reached the age of 83 years.
He was born June 23, 1904, in Waseca County, to William and Anna Androli. On March 4, 1931, he married Gertrude Storjohann in Mankato. He was an auto mechanic till he retired in 1972. He was on the volunteer fire department for 14 years in Elysian and ten years in Cleveland. He was a member of the Cleveland United Methodist Church until moving to Frazee three years ago when he joined the Frazee Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. James (Melba) Lamont of Frazee; one sister, Anna Knish, Waterville, 4 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Leo and 6 brothers.
