Services for Edwin A. Carson, 78, Masonic Sanitarium, Bettendorf, will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Runge Chapel by Trinity Lodge No. 208, AF & AM. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 2 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
Mr. Carlson died Thursday in the sanitarium after an extended illness.
He was born in Burlington. He had been employed 35 years at the Masonic Temple, Davenport, retiring in 1965.
Mr Carlson had been active in several Masonic organizations. He was a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by a niece.
