This is the new Sandy Creek Baptist Church Completed in December 2015. "Sandy Creek Baptist Church established in 1755 by Elder Shubal Stearns along with 16 souls from colonial Fredrick County, Virginia. Two acres of land on a hill over looking Sandy Creek were donated to his pastor by Semore York I from his 1756 land grant to build the first log Cabin by 1762. This is the 8th structure that was greatly expanded, beautifully appointed and completed in December 2015"
