Raceway Road (also known as County Line Road) was widened this year at the intersection with 21st Street (Marion County) / County Road 200 North (Hendricks County). During the construction, this small entrance was added to the south side of the cemetery. The old church entrance from County Road 200 North was closed and the entrance between the old church and the cemetery was finished in concrete. A small section of fencing was removed at both ends of the cemetery as it is no longer safe to walk down to the old entrance off of Raceway.

Photo taken July 19, 2008. The first section of fencing was removed this year when Raceway Road was widened. It was to allow entrance into the cemetery without walking down Raceway to the old entrance which is now closed.
