According to RIHCC:
"Registered in Nov. 2001 by Heather MacDonald, a descendant. This cemetery is behind #65 Partridge Run (built in 1999). Many of the fieldstone marked graves noted by Arnold in 1892 could not be found. The land may have been disturbed in the process of developing the lot. 12 graves could be identified in 2001. On Macera's place (the old Straight Farm) The Straight cemetery is all fieldstones. The Spencers buried 4 people on the west side of this cemetery. Ester Amanda (Spencer) Briggs (1835-1928) left a diagram of this cemetery. James Arnold visited this lot 1 May 1892, On the Dea. Spencer farm in pasture some distance from the house, yard not ptotected. None of the graves have inscriptions but stand in the following order: in first line 2 graves at foot 1 grave at foot 7 graves at foot 10 graves all small at foot 1 small grave, 5 large at foot 4 large graves at foot 6 small graves In the old Spencer yard on Dea. Spencer's farm, all graves in yard have rude stones. The four in the west side next to the wall are: Richard Spencer of William & Mary d. fall of 1777 Elizabeth Spencer m. Thomas Shippee Mary Manchester wife of Wm. Spencer d. 8 Sep 1784 William Spencer died in fall of 1777. Henry Straight's family and others are buried here and also colored slaves.
