The Good Earth burial ground is a green/natural burial ground. Green/natural cemeteries do not allow bodies to be embalmed; no vaults are allowed; only biodegradable caskets or shrouds made from natural fabrics; and no artificial flowers or decor. In addition, the Good Earth is returning the 5 acre burial ground land to its natural state by planting the approximately 1/2 acre "Meadow" in native grasses and flowers and working to eradicate invasive plant species.
