This small family cemetery is located north of Jenkins Creek Bridge on Calvary Road, just south of the town of Crisfield. The grave site is in a small clearing next to the road and near an existing homestead. Across the road is Jenkins Creek. The area is marshy, but the plot sits on high ground. It contains the graves of the John Nelson family who lived at Jenkins Creek from the late 18th century through the early 20th century.

The cemetery is being maintained and has recently been restored.
