Roseisle Cemetery opened in 1895 on land donated to the Presbyterian Church by W.D.B. Boyd on NE-21-6-7-W1. Many local pioneer families are buried here.
In the early years, 16'x16' plots sold for $4.00. Members of the congregation provided posts to fence the cemetery.
The first burial was Florence Smith, daughter of Joseph and Ann Smith, buried in 1895.
An information centre contains a cemetery map, an alphabetical listing of burials by family, plus the locations of burials and monuments for individual plots.
Archway by local metal craftsman Clifford McPherson.

This cemetery in the Rural Municipality of Dufferin was formerly the site of the Roseisle Presbyterian (later United) Church, which was moved to Roseisle in 1904. Inside the kiosk at the cemetery's entrance is information about the history of the cemetery and a list of who is buried there.

A part of the town's story and those of its inhabitants from the early days of European settlement through roughly 1980 is told in the volume "The Rural Municipality of Dufferin 1880-1980", especially starting on page 73. A free digital version of this and many other Manitoba local history books can be found online in the University of Manitoba Digital Collections. There is also a list of such books organized by district and town name on the Manitoba Historical Society's website on their page entitled "Finding Aid: Manitoba Local History Books".
A list of burials in this cemetery is available from the Manitoba Genealogical Society (reference #0327), transcribed by a member or members in 1988. Also available to MGS members is a searchable online database named the MGS Manitoba Name Index (or MANI).
