Beginning at the intersection of Rte 214 (Central Ave) and Rte 301 (Crain Highway), drive south on Rt. 301 about 3 miles. After Leeland Road, look for Beech Tree Subdivision on the right. Turn onto Beech Tree Parkway and follow the road to the circle (at the clubhouse). Take the 2nd exit out of the circle (still on Beech Tree Parkway) and continue until the road ends, intersecting with Lake Forest Dr. Turn right onto Lake Forest Dr. and follow the road to the intersection of Torcross Way. Turn left. Go to the stop sign, which is the intersection of Torcross Way and Susan Hodges Pl. The cemetery will be on your right in the cul-de-sac.
The Hodges Cemetery is located on property that was known as Omaha Hills Plantation.
John Hodges, the son of Thomas Hodges of Darnall's Chance Plantation, purchased land that was formerly known as Pentland Hills Plantation. He resided on the northern part of the tract and named it Omaha Hills Plantation.
