Location: west of JEPSON LANE (MIDDLE SCH. PARKING LOT) at TEL pole # NEC 61This triangular cemetery is 30' n of the west end of the Portsmouth Middle School parking lot.

Surveyed by:
[1] George H. Richardson [1894, Richardson Scrapbook,NHS]
he reported several "rude stones" as well
[2] Anonymous [circa 1900, "Rhode Island Tombstone Inscriptions", RIHS] gives 8 inscriptions, gives location as Stephen Perry Weaver farm, Gipson (sic) Lane.

[4] Middletown Historical Society [25 Apr. 1987]:
"Deteriorated stone walls border three sides, the other side was open to a field. The stones were all marble, slightly pointed, hard to read. Only two still were standing in 1987 due to vandalism."
