Rushmore Cemetery

The Society of Friends (Quakers) built a meeting house on the land and John Rushmore donated the land for the cemetery.
The meeting house was abandoned in the late 1850s. The cemetery has had all stones removed, but the bodies were left in place. It has been plowed over and is now a farm field. No trace of the cemetery remains, so there is no ability to fulfill photo requests.
