Two memorial signs and a monument replace the headstones removed in 1975 behind Trinity Lutheran Church, 323 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA. The first memorial sign contains birth and death years and names for surnames A-Kl. The monument, with the US Flag flying behind it, is "Dedicated to Those of Dryland Graveyard Who Served Their Country in the Armed Forces of the United States of America" and lists alphabetically their names with birth and death years, and the second memorial sign contains birth and death years and names for surnames Kr-Y.
