Constance Yancey PORTSMOUTH - Constance Yancey, a devoted wife, mother and faithful servant of Jehovah, died July 25, 2010. Constance was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness June 23, 1956 and during the course of her 54 years of service she touched the lives of many. She is blessed to cherish her memory a daughter, Cynthia; two sons, Nathaniel and Mark; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in- law, Eileen. Constance was predeceased by her husband, Nathaniel Yancey Sr. and her daughter, Reva Yancey. A memorial service will be held Monday, Aug. 2, at 1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4050 Elliott Ave., Portsmouth, and will be conducted by Elder James Brooks. Professional services were entrusted to Steele-Bullock Funeral Home
