Bio

I grew up in the small town of Timmonsville SC around a very large extended family. My maternal Great Grandparents both came from large families and they also had eleven children. Everyone was close knit. My paternal Great grandparents also came from a large family. They were all hard working people whom I have upmost respect and admiration for.
Many of my best memories from childhood come from time spent with family. We grew up in country around la lot of livestock and animals and sat down frequently for large family meals. After church on Sunday, my Great Uncle Jim would take me to the cemetery to pay respect to many of our Huggins ancestors. He and other family elders told wonderful stories about family history as well as information about Timmonsville over the years. These are memories I most cherish.
One of my main goals now is to share these stories and to preserve whatever family photos and history that I may have access to for other generations.
