There are many thoughts about creating memorials on Find a Grave where there is no photo of the actual memorial. There are a few generations of my family that could not afford a grave marker however, the name of the cemetery is known. It took me some time to wrap my head around the reality that some of my not-so-distant ancestors could not afford a marker for their graves, please give the appropriate measure of respect, it is about the memorial.
