I started many years ago taking pictures of the local cemeteries and downloading names of burials. I added over 57,800 names to Find A Grave, took over 450 volunteer pictures, and added a total of over 38,000 grave markers. After retiring a couple years ago I gave up my work and now wish I would have kept my work. Since then I have added more, but starting over! I have done personal genealogy for over 40 years.
