I was born and raised in Buckhead, Morgan County and have always lived in Buckhead. My ancestors settled in this area even before the county was formed. I am the Cemetery Steward for Buckhead Cemetery. I am interested in collecting information on all the burials in our cemetery and creating files so generations to come will have access to the information. I am active in adding photos for memorials in nearby cemeteries and designating all Veterans. I also volunteer at Morgan County Archives and make sure the information is catalogued there as well.
