My grandpa has researched extensive genealogy on my family and loves to tell me the stories he has discovered. He is in his last hours right now, and I just want to do something that is like him and in honor of him by helping a few people here.

About 20 years ago I bought a 1929 baby announcement at an antique store. So sweet. A few days ago I looked the baby girl’s name up and found her gravestone here. She died at 3 months old...I never knew that. A few clicks around on this site and I found the niece of the baby who has been so kind to tell me a little about her family. That little baby announcement is now in the mail, on its way to its family.

Things like this and taking a few pictures here and there to help members on this site—-I would like to do this in honor of my grandpa who loves the story behind the story, genealogy.
