I have been interested in genealogy since 1987 , starting from the first time I went to England. It was one of the best things that I have ever done, as I discovered my family history. As it happened, I ended up staying with a cousin who knew my entire family history going back probably 200 years. After hearing all the details, I was entirely hooked. I spent days wandering the churchyards looking at old headstones and then at the records office searching old church registries. My cousin told me that she had never seen anyone so young, who was so interested in the dead.
