Hi! I'm Amanda. I've been a Findagrave volunteer for a few years now and recently moved across the country from Ontario to New Brunswick. Before moving, I spent a good amount of time this past summer working to update Drayton Victoria Cemetery in Drayton, Ontario. As someone who has spent a significant amount of time on my own family tree, being helped by many Findagrave volunteers along the way, it means a lot to be able to give back. There's something to be said about being able to create memorials for those who don't already have them and potentially helping someone down the road. Helping others who are searching for their loved ones / ancestors is all the motivation I need as I have been so grateful for the work of countless others along my own journey.
