Brought up in West Tennessee, I have been conducting genealogy research since 1976. Author of two genealogy books; "Faces of Our Ancestors" (copies of which can be found in various libraries around the country) and "The Early Browder Family and Their Relations". The second is for sale via Amazon. I have collected family photographs for many years, ever since I was a kid, and have conducted extensive interviews with then living relatives. I began taking photographs of family gravesites in 1982. Many of the ones I have posted and will post are from the 1982-83 timeframe, most others having been taken no later than 1989. Some of these gravestones are, sadly, no longer extant, so preserving them here is important. My effort here is to preserve their memory with the most accurate information possible, to the enjoyment of the present and later generations.
I should add that, if anyone has photos of my ancestors or relatives I have not posted, please let me know and, if they have not been posted on this website, please send them to me. I LOVE old family photos!
