I grew up in Ithaca, NY steeped in generations of Marion family history, but mom was wonderful about sharing stories and staying connected to all kinds of family and friends. Reunions abounded in our childhood summers as well. I have bits and pieces of info and documentation now going back in all the directions, but I feel like I am sitting at a table of jigsaw pieces. It is like a forever project, but each found and placed piece is a sigh of satisfaction. I do not have a lot of time to be devoted to these discoveries, but I am very interested in uncovering through research and new and old connections with people whatever time will allow.
