MIchael Lindsey was born in Rockland, Maine, the son of Raymond A. Lindsey and Gloria J. Mills Lindsey Porter. Graduated from Rockland District High School in 1967. Received Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Graceland College, Lamoni, Iowa in 1971 and the Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from Wichita State University in 1973. He has been a long-time church organist and presently lives in Santa Rosa, California.
I have been researching family members of descendants of Benjamin Mills (1752-1827, buried at Vinalhaven, Maine) (maternal 4th great grandfather) and Andrew Lindsey (1699-1785, lived in Pembroke, Massachusetts) (paternal 5th great grandfather). I have designed an Access database to enter all of these people. The reports I have designed in this database list family members (birth and death years; parents) sorted by generations and there is a separate one for spouses which includes marriage details. Anyone interested in having a copy of any of these reports (pdf by email) please make a request.

Update as of August 2020: Listings of descendants of the 2 youngest sons of Ephraim Lindsey (John Lindsey 1777-1831 and Ethelbert Lindsey 1779-U) has been completed. 1750 descendants and nearly 900 spouses.
