Welcome! I am a member of The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. I grew up in a family that has for generations cleaned, and maintained our family burials at the Paul Washington Cemetery. It is our tradition, that annually on Memorial Day weekend, we gather as a family and decorate. We spend months handcrafting crepe paper flowers, and making floral wreaths and arrangements prior to Memorial Day. My dear mama sadly passed away in 2022, and it is my mission, and honor, to carry on this tradition.

I have always enjoyed visiting cemeteries, as it's something I grew up with. Some cemeteries I have sought out, and some I have happened upon by chance. I enjoy getting to visit and pay my respects, learn a little history, and do my part in making sure loved ones are not forgotten. I have done genealogy research off and on for the past 20 years. I have always had a keen interest in history. It has been my privilege to walk these sacred grounds and locate burials, and to research and gather data for each individual in these memorials.

Please be respectful in what you add to the memorials that I manage. Inappropriate photos, documents, messages, etc. will be removed. I ask that you please carefully select the correct category when adding any content to memorials (grave, person, etc).

When "Suggesting Edits", please allow me some time to review and research your submissions. I do attempt to respond as quickly as I am able to. Thank you for your patience and contributions.

When requesting a memorial transfer, it is required to follow Find a Grave guidelines. Transfers for close family is as follows: Child, Spouse/Partner, Sibling, Parent, Grandchild, Great Grandchild, Grandparent, Great Grandparent, Niece/Nephew, Great Niece/Nephew, Aunt/Uncle, Great Aunt/Uncle, First Cousin.

All other transfers are at the manager's discretion. Please note your request, reason, and state your relationship.

Lastly, a huge thank you to all of the volunteers who have spent hours upon hours to provide us with this virtual experience.
