Bio

I was one of those kids who would rather be inside listening to all of my elders talking about the "good ol' days" instead of playing with my cousins at our family reunions. Genealogy has always fascinated me. I have been researching my family tree off and on over the past 27 years. I remember finding the Family Tree Maker CD-ROM set at Best Buy back in 1998. The various CDs had the most current US Census records, the Social Security Death Index, Passenger and Immigration Lists, etc. I believe Family Tree Maker later became known as Ancestry because all of the work I did on FTM transferred over to Ancestry. My husband and I are now retired, and I am really doing a deep dive into our family trees.
