Researching for the graves of my grandfather, Charles A. Ogden (b.1871 in Wellington County ON Canada, d. 1944), his son, Laurence E. Ogden (b. 1897 in Owen Sound ON, d. 1904 in Allegheny County Pittsburgh) who may be buried in or around Pittsburgh, PA. Charles' second wife is Della McDonald (1981-1964. They had three (perhaps four - 2 daughters and two sons mentioned in Della's Obituary) children: Ethel M (BENGELE) b. abt.1915, C. Allan, b.abt. 1916, and Richard N. b.abt. 1919) and a second daughter identified only as Mrs. Charles I SMITH Sr. Also mentioned are 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

I am descendant from Charles and his first wife, Robertina (AKA Robena or Ruby) WHITE, b. 1872 (Syndenham Twp, ON, Canada) d. 1955. Charles and Robena had three chidlren: Laurence E., Helen Margaret (b. 1899 in Allegheny County PA, and Marie Logue, b. 1907 in Allegheny County PA. ) They separated about 1912 or 13 and Robertina and the two girls went to live with her older sister, Sarah Ann White McLELLAN, in Manitoba, Canada. RObertina declared she was a widow on the 1916 Manitoba Census, but of course Charles was still very much alive in PA. If any descendants of my grandfather's second family wish to be in touch with me I would welcome that.
