My interest in genealogy goes back to my aunt and uncle: Virginia Faust Batdorf and Charles R. Batdorf. For many years Uncle Charles and Aunt Virginia scoured the cemeteries and historical societies in south eastern and central Pennsylvania gathering information about the Batdorf family. Together they wrote "The Batdorf Family History" which was published in 1990. Out of respect for, and as a tribute to them, I've picked up the torch so to speak. My other interests include: auctions, eBay and antique tools.
