The "Boscawen Historical Society" is a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of New Hampshire and formed solely for historical and educational purposes.
These are:

1) to obtain, preserve, and exhibit historical memorabilia pertaining to the "Town of Boscawen", and when germane, to its environs, and to obtain, hold and use funds for the above purpose;

2) to foster and understanding and appreciation of the history and uniqueness of the town.
