I am retired, 79 years old and am happily married to the same woman for 57 years. We have two grown children and five grandchildren, all healthy and happy. I ran my own business for 22 years and retired in 2007.I grew up in Mattoon Illinois and currently make my home in Tulsa Oklahoma.I have various hobbies including birdwatching, wood working, antiquing and finding my ancestors. I taught high school English in China during the 2009-2010 school year, and it was one of my best years ever. I hope to write a book about my experiences in China.I'm reinventing myself now as a writer, Find A Grave volunteer and teacher of English to immigrants or anyone wanting to learn.I've always enjoyed strolling through old graveyards looking at names and dates, and I've benefitted several times through the efforts of other Find A Grave volunteers. I hope to return the favor to someone else.
