I am the eldest son of William S. Garay and Martha J. Matthews. Born in 1947 and went to grade school in New Haven, Ohio. Graduated from McComb High School in 1966. I went to Bluffton College and Bowling Green State University. I joined the Navy in 1969 and after 3 tours of duty in Vietnam was discharged in 1973. I married Barbara J. Westall in 1973 and have 2 daughters and 6 grand-kids. In 2012, I started working on our families genealogy's through Ancestry.com and thusly became familiar with Find a Grave.
