Bio

My name is Ellen Stinnett Keiner, and I have always been extremely interested in history and genealogy. I was born in Duncan, Oklahoma, but in 1986 we moved to Middle Tennessee. While living in Tennessee, I became enamored with the Civil War. My favorite pastime was going to the homes, cemeteries, and battlefields associated with the War in my area. I was involved in gathering information, photos, and documentation for the bicentennial celebration for my hometown. I moved back to Oklahoma in 1997, and have been dabbling in my family's genealogy and those of various friends since then. I love the outdoors, photography, and exploring the backroads around my home. Finding small, undocumented or underdocumented cemeteries is part of what I love. By being a volunteer for FindAGrave, I get to indulge in a hobby that I love and help people at the same time! :-)
