Born and raised in Memphis, TN.
Left Memphis to join USMC in 1964, honorable discharge in 1967. Got excellent Data Processing Experience (now called IT) in Washington, DC and Raleigh, NC.
Back to Memphis, went to work a small data processing shop that got bought out 2 times. Ended up at the National Bank of Commerce (NBC).
Company transferred my wife and me to Jackson, MS for about 3 1/2 years.
Company transferred us again. This time to Gulfport, MS for about 3 1/2 years.
Company then brought us back to Memphis, TN. Been here every since.
Retired from NBC in 2001.
