I'm retired 20 yrs. Army Reserves & 36 yrs. Fed. Gov. 2011 I started My Ancestry family tree. I started traveling to PA., MD., WV. Cemeteries, Historical Soc. & Court Houses. On weekends. I stared on my dad side then hit a brick wall (Andrew Sarver) age 9 in 1860 census living with another family. I then went to my mom side. The Warnick & Northcraft families. I have the Northcraft arriving from England to Maryland 1677. My 4th great Grandfather (Edward Northcraft) in the Revolutionary War. He live into his early 70s. He received a pension. A book was written on him and 2018 I got the book accepted into The Library of Congress. I now work on my "Warnick" Family arrived 1789 in Western Maryland from Ireland. I have found my Warnick family had large familes (12-18 children). This is a challenge and interesting. Using Archival Newspaper & Ancestry to find Obits & other info. I can link a person to their spouse & parents through findagrave. Also linking Spouse to their parents. This is my passion and along the way I learn a lot about my family and hope to add the linkage to other families. Adding Photos, birth/death dates & places.
