Born in Pasadena, California, Mr. Hudson is married to the former Cynthia Jean Lowe and they have three children, Jeremy, Jessie, and Matthew, and three grandchildren.

Mr. Hudson practices procurement law for the United States Army Medical Command. His education includes B.S., 1978, University of Oregon; J.D., 1985, University of Southern California.
