Bio

I am a retired professor of Art History & Humanities. I began to seriously research my family history in the summers in the U.K. after my "summer abroad" students returned home, Most of my ancestry is English, Scottish, Welsh, Irish and Cornish. Both of my parents had done research on their families, so we pooled our knowledge. Recently, as I emptied their house, I moved both of their collections of photos, data, etc. to my house to try to merge the collections. I'll be busy for years.

I am working on Painter, Ray/Rea, Barrick, Gilman, Wylie, Humphreys, Gibbons, Grosvenor, Lobdell, Fuller and Gilchrist, The rest are on the back burner until I get back to Europe.
