I was born 8 March 1941 in Springfield, OH. I spent 25 years in the Air Force and retired to Berea, KY. I then worked for 16 years as a Logistic Mgmt. Specialist for DoD and the Army. I have 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. I am married to Carolyn Sue, maiden name Deaton. I have been tracing my lineage for close to 20 years and discovered my fifth generation back moved from Frederick Co. MD to Miami Co, OH across the old National Trail (US 40). Since then everyone of the McAfee's have been buried between Dayton and Springfield, OH along US 40 in three cemetaries. I hope to trace the family until it reaches a ship arriving from Ireland.
