Since 1986 I have been researching the ancestors and descendants of early Oregon pioneers (my ancestors) Moses & Catherine Watkins Morley, Lorenzo D. & Sophia Morley Heater, Henry B. & Elizabeth Haight Carter, John H. and Emily Cox Patten, John W. & Mary E. Woods Thomas and John and Mary Wortman Scott. I have also been working on the Cherokee families of my ancestor George Lowery and my mother's Smith/Matthews/Wallace/Faulkner/Raymond/Rockefeller/Hiler/Whitney lines.
