I was born in Lubbock, Texas on December 19, 1961 and have been a very proud Texan ever since. I have lived in Richardson, Lubbock, Amarillo, Dimmit, and Snyder, Texas over my lifetime.

My grandmother, Mattie Brown Moss, was the one who gave me a great sense of family and the importance of our family history.
