I am married and a mother of three. I have one girl and two boys. Family is very important to me. I want them to know where they come from.

I got into family history in 1995. I have been helping my mother. When we were kids, before there were computer programs for it, my mother did family history by hand. Now that there are computer programs for it, we have been entering it in.

When I did a search for someone I found this site. I was even more excited to do my family history. Now I just want to see how much information I can find and how far back.

I am always eager to help others with their search. I know how hard it can be. I live in Vacaville, California. I am planning on entering information on everyone there. I know that the new section is mapped out and marked very well. The old section will be the hardest. I don't think it is mapped out as well as the marking for the sections are worn. I will do my best though.

Right now I am working on the Demarest line of my family. I have found it to be very difficult. Back in the 17 and 1800's, cousins were marring cousins. It gets hard to enter everyone without duplicating them. That has been the biggest challenge for my mother and I.

I am interested in the Martin(i) line from Italy as well. It has been very hard to locate the information. I only have three generations and not much else.

I will be working on:
My mother: Demarest, Moorhead, Whittaker, Benda
My father: McDougall
My step-father: Uline, Younglove
My husband, daughter, and son: Martin(i), Edens
My 2nd son: Cruz
I am eager to complete everything.
