I live in Dixon Illinois (Grand Detour) with my wife Carol. I retired in 2010 from Exelon Nuclear after 28 1/2 years. I have three children and five grandchildren. I and am past President of The Lee Co. Genealogical Society, The Lee County Historical Society, VP of The Rock River Valley Shamrock Club,the Grand Detour Ill. Cemetery Board and the Oakwood Cemetery Walk Committee. I am a Knight of the 4th Degree at our local KC Council in Dixon and also serve as the Financial Secretary for the same. I'm also am a photographer of sorts and used to restore classic cars and tractors. I'm currently in the process of restoring the military grave markers in Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon with abt. 675 completed so far.
I am currently employed at the Ronald Reagan Boyhood Home in Dixon as Executive Director

I have been a family and military researcher for about 19 years specializing in Irish Research Mostly in County Mayo but will do anywhere. We have traveled to Ireland 12 times (Soon to be 13) and England once.
