Bio

I have always loved walking through cemeteries. Over the years, my eye has been drawn to the shapes tombstones, inscriptions, motifs, and often the sad state of decay. Because of this interest, I knew historic cemeteries would play a major role in my M.A. thesis. My thesis? I ended up documenting and analyzing Graham Cemetery in Hancock County, Ohio. It began as assisting in a long-term management plan with Gene Damon and Diane Schweinfurth, advisors of P.A.S.T. at Findlay High School. It ended with a fairly complete compilation of data (which, like all information, has room to grow) and a brain full of new knowledge of the old.

I plan to provide a complete inventory of Graham Cemetery for Find A Grave. Be warned: this will take a bit of time.

In essence, I am "Raising (Awareness Of) The Dead."
