Find a Grave ID

Bio

Retired as a NYPD Sergeant, I then became a stage hand. I got interested in genealogy because my granddaughter asked about our ancestors and I hadn't a clue. It's been a great trip. My only goal right now is to have a headstone re-erected on my great grandparents grave and my uncle Francis who died at 8, I am sure my precious grandmother would not want them in an unmarked grave. Waiting for the thaw...... (they say it might be buried on the grave site if toppled.)
UPDATE: Cemetery called and there is no headstone buried there, looking in to replacing it. UPDATE: Headstone installed
P.S. had my DNA tested and I am sure I am going to be predominately German, nope, English 52% German 48, who knew :-) All that knockwurst and sauerkraut for nothing, should have been eating bangers and mash.
