My ancestor, Edward E. Deland was the first settler at Calf Creek Texas and the first buried in Calf Creek Texas Cemetery. Many of my family members are now buried at Calf Creek Cemetery. I have been researching and recording Calf Creek Texas history for over 30 years. I am currently the Historian for the Calf Creek Cemetery Association and am the primary record keeper for that cemetery.
