I was born in 1945 in Atlanta, Georgia, and moved to New Jersey and then to Maryland where I now reside with my husband. We are retired. We have two daughters and three grandchildren who are truly the sunshine of our lives. I started looking for my Scottish roots because my grandfather Drane had already gone back 9 generations to Perthshire, Scotland to establish his membership in the Clan Gregor Society. I have been able to go several more generations beyond that through my membership in both Ancestry.com and Geni.com.
